The workflow

This is the dormant snowy outdoor pool in a local park, a poor William Eggleton style picture. It’s the first real try in my new workflow with Photomator. I’m still getting my head around it. Here I was trying to get a low saturation, low contrast feel to the picture that’s composition-wise a bit less straightforward. It’s based on blue, the blue of the pool and the snow. I possibly overexposed  said snow if you compare it to the original. It might be a case of overusing the app. It’s kinda hard not to try every tool at your disposal when you get into a new app. //

Voici la piscine extérieure enneigée et inactive dans un parc local, une faible imitation du style William Eggleton. C’est mon premier véritable essai avec mon nouveau flux de travail sur Photomator. J’essaie encore de bien le comprendre. Ici, je cherchais à obtenir une image avec une faible saturation et un faible contraste, dont la composition est un peu moins evidente. Elle est basée sur le bleu, le bleu de la piscine et de la neige. J’ai peut-être surexposé ladite neige si on la compare à l’originale. Ce pourrait être un cas de surutilisation de l’application. C’est un peu difficile de ne pas essayer tous les outils à sa disposition lorsqu’on découvre une nouvelle application.
